Who said that only the celebrities can mix match their outfits to look great? I want to let you in on a little secret, if you know the basic rules to mix matching print and patterns then you can do it too. One basic rule is to choose a similar print or pattern and choose different colors. A second basic rule is to choose the same colors and different prints or patterns. I have some photos below that will give you the basic idea of how to mix and match colors and prints. Please keep in mind that fashion is a form of art and art is a part of self-expression. The thing that I love about fashion is that I am able to express myself through the ways I dress. On this particular day, I was feeling sexy so I decided to put this look together, a sexy wrap dress with high heels (of course).

Today, I decided to wear a cute short flowy dress with some wedge heels and a yellow vintage belt. I must confess that I have always LOVED wearing dressing for any occasion. I found that dress fit my body best from when I wore a size 2 to 14. YES! For those of you who do not know, I was wearing a size 2-4 for most of my life, however at the age of 30 I gained weight due to some medical issues. I was getting hormone shots that caused me to gain 50 lbs and I have tried to lose it for the last 4 years. Anywho, I am still the same hot mama that I was 5 years ago 🙂 I have learned that no matter what size I weigh, I still feel like myself. I will look good at any size! Check out my outfit below.

The fall look that is definitely a “must have” is the PRINT look! I was looking through my favorite magazines when I can across this article of fall prints at a great price so I had to share this article with you all. It is nice to own trendy pieces for any season and here is a must have for the fall. I was excited to see what Neiman Marcus had lined up for the fall fashion preview and they never disappoint. I was greeted by a staffer who checked my name off the list and ushered me into the venue. They had complementary champagne and strawberries along with delicious appetizers for their guest. I scanned the jammed packed room for a vacant seat with a good view of the stage and just as I set down, the show was ready to start.
The fall fashion show started and fall trends that Neiman Marcus decided to showcase was absolutely gorgeous. The show started and the fashion rocked the house. They had looks from many top designers like Tom Ford, J. Mendel, Jimmy Choo and Alexander McQueen, just to name a few. The crowd was glued to each model as they stepped onto the runway. Everybody was equipped with their cameras and note pads. The emcees did a phenomenal job with explaining each article of clothing, accessories and the designers that created them. The entire crowd was in Fashion Heaven or should I say Fashionland! This year’s fall looks that were displayed by Neiman Marcus were amazingly fabulous.
